You may drop-off and pick-up your dog at any time during our operating hours.

If Signature Spa services are scheduled, please provide an approximate pick-up time upon arrival.

Check-In/ Check-Out for Resort Stay Guests

Check-In

We ask that overnight boarding guests be dropped off by 4:00 pm to ensure that each dog has had sufficient time to acclimate and play. Dogs may be dropped off as early as our opening on the day of the start of their stay at no additional charge.

Check-Out

Check-Out time is 1:00 pm. Any guests needing to be picked up after this time can stay the remainder of the day for an additional $15. All Spa Baths waive late check-out fee.

Signature Spa (Baths, Massage & More!)

As there are limited appointments available each day, all Signature Spa services require reservations. A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all dog baths, dog massage and dog aqua fitness services. Please be advised that failing to cancel within the proper time frame will result in full service charges.

Transportation

Please reserve a space as soon as possible, as dog transportation is popular and books quickly. A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all dog transportation services. Failing to cancel within the proper time frame for a dog transportation holiday reservation will result in full service charges.
